主講人介紹：
張曉玲，博士，香港城市大學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師，副教授（Tenured），中華建設(shè)管理委員會(huì)常任理事, 國(guó)際SCI收錄期刊《Journal of cleaner production》主題編輯 (Subject Editor)。 曾于2010年畢業(yè)于香港理工大學(xué)建筑與房地產(chǎn)學(xué)系，并于2011年執(zhí)教于香港大學(xué)城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)系，后加入香港城市大學(xué)公共政策系。自2015年6起被聘為SCI期刊 “Journal of Cleaner Production”(2016影響因子：4.959)的主題編輯（Regional Sustainable Development Initiatives and Transformations），負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型方向的審稿及定稿工作。同時(shí)擔(dān)任多個(gè)SCI及SSCI國(guó)際英文期刊的審稿專家。主要研究方向?yàn)槠髽I(yè)環(huán)境策略，能源經(jīng)濟(jì)及管理策略，地產(chǎn)及建筑企業(yè)可持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)及可持續(xù)區(qū)域與城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展等領(lǐng)域。作為一個(gè)具有經(jīng)管學(xué)科背景的工學(xué)博士學(xué)者，她注重學(xué)科交融與跨學(xué)科研究探索，力圖在環(huán)境管理科學(xué)研究創(chuàng)新的同時(shí)，探索其相關(guān)政策及社會(huì)學(xué)意義，并研究應(yīng)用推廣的政策，相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)成果已在Scientific Report（Nature子刊）等上面發(fā)表近100篇SCI/SSCI學(xué)術(shù)論文。曾應(yīng)邀赴劍橋大學(xué)等海內(nèi)外多所知名學(xué)府做短期的學(xué)術(shù)訪問(wèn)交流。目前正作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)若干項(xiàng)中國(guó)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金；目前正承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)由香港環(huán)境署（ECF）資助的題為“基於社區(qū)的香港家庭碳排放減少的支付意願(yuàn)與激勵(lì)”的研究項(xiàng)目。 Research Interests: 企業(yè)環(huán)境管理及策略轉(zhuǎn)型，能源／資源經(jīng)濟(jì)管理，政策及制度研究，綠色地產(chǎn)及可持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，可持續(xù)城鎮(zhèn)化，區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展及轉(zhuǎn)型。
內(nèi)容介紹：
This seminar investigates whether a theoretical framework offer possibilities to restructure to a sustainable, environmental-friendly socio-economic system, which can further contribute to the climate governance at the industry level. The framework is combined with pro-growth machine, carbon lock-in theory and Institutional Industry Complex (IIC) thesis, which were therefore applied to explain the pro-growth coalition of carbon-intensive industry in China. Consensus building of the research framework is based upon a case study of the Petro-Chemical state owned enterprises in China. Drawing upon the in-depth interviews with the stakeholders in the IIC system, the research discovered the pro-growth coalition of Petro-Chemical industry in China. This paper finally concludes by constructing a pro-growth coalition that could serve as a program to unlock the path-dependence of petrochemical industry and foster the anti-coalition mechanism, which can act as proactive approaches for climate governance.
