本次研討會旨在激勵青年學者、交流學術思想、獎勵優(yōu)秀學術成果。研討會特邀管理與經濟學院全體教師及博士生參加，并設立學科組交流和學院交流兩個環(huán)節(jié)。學科評審組負責本學科的學術交流和評比工作，并向學院推薦候選人；學院評審組負責學院的學術交流和評比工作，評選學院優(yōu)秀青年學者。
