本次研討會旨在激勵(lì)青年學(xué)者、交流學(xué)術(shù)思想、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)成果。研討會特邀管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院全體教師及博士生參加，并設(shè)立學(xué)科組交流和學(xué)院交流兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。學(xué)科評審組負(fù)責(zé)本學(xué)科的學(xué)術(shù)交流和評比工作，并向?qū)W院推薦候選人；學(xué)院評審組負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院的學(xué)術(shù)交流和評比工作，評選學(xué)院優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者。
