袁嘉副教授分別于北京大學（1999）、俄亥俄州立大學（2004）和明尼蘇達大學（2009）獲得經(jīng)濟學本科、碩士和博士學位，并于2009年開始在澳門大學經(jīng)濟系任教，2015年晉升副教授。目前研究方向為環(huán)境經(jīng)濟、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟，在國內外主流經(jīng)濟學期刊發(fā)表文章二十余篇。
內容介紹：
Transport infrastructure can significantly change the spatial distribution of land value. We investigate the impact of 1,318-km Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail (BSH) in China, which reduce the land travel time from 16 to 5 hours, on the land market near HSR stations. Using a D-in-D approach with land transactions near traditional railroads as control group, we find that BSH raised land value significantly. Meanwhile, we also estimate the land value distribution around the BSH after its construction.
