主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
戴瀚程博士一直在氣候政策與能源經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域從事多學(xué)科交叉研究。他利用五年時(shí)間，開發(fā)和構(gòu)建了適用于中國(guó)的國(guó)家、省級(jí)兩區(qū)、30 省及全球多個(gè)層面政策分析的一般均衡模型（CGE）模型、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。其模型已作為國(guó)家和省級(jí)相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)的制定氣候政策的重要決策支持工具之一。目前，戴博士在環(huán)境與能源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域Energy economics等重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文19篇，研究?jī)?nèi)容比較廣泛，有關(guān)于INDC是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)，有碳稅，有可再生能源的成本分析，也有能耗和健康的相關(guān)研究。
內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介：
This study quantifies the Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSPs) using AIM/CGE (Asia-Pacific Integrated Assessment/Computable General Equilibrium). SSP3 (regional rivalry) forms the main focus of the study, which is supposed to face high challenges both in mitigation and adaptation. To meet the objective, we investigated the primary energy supply, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, air pollutant emissions, land use, and climate information.
