December 24, 2015, the 13th “Five-Year" National Research Base and Support Capacity-building Plan Compiling Working Meeting was held in Conference Room 216 of our school. A total of 10 experts from the Ministry of Sci-Tech Basic Research Division and basic research management center, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Geography, Environment and Natural Resources, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science and Technology Bureau, the CAS Shenyang Institute of Ecology Environment, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences , Beijing University of Aeronautics as well as Prof. LIU Yun, Dr. Wang Gangbo, Dr. Ye Xuanting of Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics participated in the working meeting.
