September 15, 2014, "Science and Technology Daily" published on the front page the full text of Professor Liu Yun’s article "Suggestions on promoting the central government financed research funds management reform". The article systematically analyzes the current central government financed research funding allocation as well as the main problems and the reasons that exist in fund management. Recommendations on four areas of the central government financed research funding management reform are given.
